This review enumerates the core hallmarks that represent common denominators of aging, with a special emphasis on mammalian aging. These hallmarks include: genomic instability, telomere attrition, epigenetic alterations, loss of proteostasis, deregulated nutrient sensing, mitochondrial dysfunction, cellular senescence, stem cell exhaustion, and altered intercellular communication.","tags":["biology","aging","longevity","genetics","cellular senescence","biotech"],"priceUSDC":"0.0001"}
